At a time where it feels like the world has turned upside down we are all so grateful for yarn and the community it has provided us. We thank you for your continued support and hope that needle arts have given you as much comfort as it has given us. Thank you for putting your trust in us and we hope to continue to honor that trust and deliver products that will bring you joy among the turmoil. 

Through this time, postal services have had to cope with increased online shopping, a decreased workforce, and changing distribution hubs. Some international shipments are being sent by sea instead of air due to limited and cancelled flight schedules. We understand this impacts post delays, re-routes, and “undeliverable” addresses. 

Our very small fulfillment and customer service department (only three people!) are navigating and monitoring the global shipping disruptions and working to mitigate disappointment or loss. Your expectations are high, and rightly so, but we find we have to author a new set of expectations in the current shipping and transportation climate.
