Our White Oak Wooden Buttons are made for Twig & Horn by Favour Valley Woodworking in Henniker, New Hampshire. Offered in four versatile types for all kinds of knitting and sewing projects; small buttons have holes large enough for fingering yarn or thread, while medium and large buttons are sized to accommodate thicker yarns.
Each button is cut, polished, and tumbled, giving them a distinctive wood grain and shape. Wooden buttons are finished with a matte tung oil to highlight their unique characteristics. If the buttons have lost any sheen over time, buttons can be hand washed followed by furniture polish or beeswax!
